Lamenters Chapter - DW Supplement

This is a quick supplement I made so I (and the friend it's for) wouldn't have to bear looking through a google doc for the homebrew rules I designed for his Lamenter character in our Deathwatch game. 

I own none of the art used, and if you are the owner of either of the pieces used herein, contact me and I will happily take this down.
